During these two years at Master Retail, I’ve had an extremely enriching professional and personal experience. I started my journey as staff, and thanks to the effort, trust, and opportunities the company gave me, today I have the pride of serving as a store manager.

Working at Master Retail has been a truly positive experience. It’s a company that has given me many opportunities to grow both personally and professionally. During my time here, I’ve learned a lot and developed key skills thanks to the support of the team and the work environment. I’m very grateful for everything I’ve experienced and learned during this stage.

I started as a sales advisor and today I have the opportunity to be a store supervisor. Thanks to the team’s support and my willingness to learn, I was able to quickly adapt to internal processes.

Throughout my journey at Master Retail, I began as a Supervisor, a role in which I had the opportunity to gain comprehensive knowledge of operational processes and to coordinate work teams to ensure area objectives were met.

Thanks to my commitment, consistency, and results, I was promoted to Operations Manager, a role in which I took on greater responsibilities related to strategic planning, resource optimization, personnel management, and continuous process improvement.
